Reducing fraudulent transactions on my e-commerce site
I’ve had a few issues with chargebacks and fraudulent orders recently. I know I should be using 3D Secure, but I’m worried it will add too many steps to the checkout and scare away legitimate customers. Is there a way to implement advanced authentication that is still user-friendly?
